A control board you cannot buy off the shelf, a smaller or cheaper version of an existing board, or just an idea so far. They all start the same way: we talk about what the board has to do.

We draw the schematic, design the printed circuit board (PCB), build the prototype and write the firmware that runs on it. What we hand over is not a pile of files but a board that works on the bench.

What we do

  1. 01.1

    Schematic and part selection

We define the power, sensor, communication and control blocks and choose parts that are available and reasonably priced.

  2. 01.2

    PCB design

We lay the board out for its enclosure and operating conditions and produce production-ready files.

  3. 01.3

    Embedded firmware

We write the microcontroller firmware: sensor reading, motor and relay control, displays, communication and remote updates.

  4. 01.4

    Prototype and test

We build the first boards, test them in the workshop and fix problems before series production.

  5. 01.5

    Improving existing boards

We redesign the outdated, expensive or troublesome parts of an existing board and update its firmware.

From the workshop

Selected work

Our own products and things we built for clients.

Our product · 150+ devices in the field

Earthquake early warning network

DS Mini detects the seismic wave; DS Pro builds its own communication network in the field. Board, firmware, LoRa radio and server side are all ours, with more than 150 devices deployed.

Our product

GSM pump controller

A 4-relay GSM controller that switches a field water pump from a phone, with run confirmation, power-outage alerts and schedules. Board, enclosure and app are ours.

How we work

From idea to delivery

Short steps and an early prototype instead of long proposals. At the end of each step we look at what is ready together.

  1. 01

    Intro

We listen to what you want to build: on the phone, on a video call or at the workshop.

  2. 02

    Design

We plan the circuit, board, enclosure and firmware, and pin down the scope.

  3. 03

    Prototype

We build the first device in our workshop, bring it up on the bench and test it.

  4. 04

    Field trial

We try the device in real conditions and fix what the feedback shows.

  5. 05

    Handover and support

Production-ready files, installation and firmware updates afterwards.

Who you talk to

The person on the phone is the person designing your board. No middlemen, no sales team.

  • Ahmet Adin

    Ahmet Adin

Founder · Electronics and embedded firmware engineer

Electrical and electronics engineer. Previously developed vehicle diagnostic device firmware for a US company; that firmware runs on more than 7,000 production units. At Fung IoT he owns circuit and board design, firmware and communication.

  • Uğur Özkan

    Uğur Özkan

    Mechanical and production engineer

Mechanical design, enclosures and assembly, production readiness. He manages the step from prototype to series production and the field installation, so the device works in the factory, not just on the bench.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

I only have an idea, no technical drawing. Can we still work together?

Yes. Most board projects start with a conversation or a sketch on paper. Tell us what the board should do; we prepare the technical documents.

Are board design and board programming different jobs?

Yes, but they are tied together. Board design defines the hardware (circuit and PCB); programming defines what the microcontroller on it does. When one team does both, the board and the firmware fit each other.

How long does a board project take and how is the price set?

Typical lead times: a simple single-sensor board reaches its first working prototype in 2–4 weeks, a control board with relay or motor drivers in 4–8 weeks, connected devices (GSM, LoRa, Wi-Fi) in 6–12 weeks. We define the scope on the first call and give you the time and price of each step in writing, so there are no surprise costs.

What happens after the prototype?

Once the prototype is approved, we make the board files production-ready and plan assembly with you based on your quantities.

Contact

A free 15-minute call: tell us the idea, we tell you if it can be built and roughly how long it takes.

Message us on WhatsApp or use the form; we reply the same working day and set a time to talk. A rough sketch, a half-finished prototype or a problem on the production line nobody has solved yet: all good starting points.
