Earthquake early warning network
DS Mini detects the seismic wave; DS Pro builds its own communication network in the field. Board, firmware, LoRa radio and server side are all ours, with more than 150 devices deployed.

For some jobs there is no ready-made machine, or the one that exists costs too much: a rig that tests your product, a station that automates a manual step, a control system added to a machine you already have.
We handle the PLC programming, the sensors and the electronics together. For example, we built a PLC-controlled test device for a client that runs IPX3, IPX4, IPX5 and IPX6 water ingress tests.
Test rigs built for your product: IP water ingress, endurance and function tests.
We program the machine sequence, safety interlocks and the operator screen (HMI).
We automate manual steps with sensors and a PLC, and get data out of the machine.
Where a PLC is not enough we use a custom board, and where a custom board is not enough we use a PLC.
Our own products and things we built for clients.

See the productA PLC-controlled test device that checks how products withstand rain, splashing water and water jets under standard conditions. Mechanics, control cabinet and software from one team.
Automation serviceA 4-relay GSM controller that switches a field water pump from a phone, with run confirmation, power-outage alerts and schedules. Board, enclosure and app are ours.

We listen to what you want to build: on the phone, on a video call or at the workshop.
We plan the circuit, board, enclosure and firmware, and pin down the scope.
We build the first device in our workshop, bring it up on the bench and test it.
We try the device in real conditions and fix what the feedback shows.
Production-ready files, installation and firmware updates afterwards.
The person on the phone is the person designing your board. No middlemen, no sales team.
Founder · Electronics and embedded firmware engineer
Electrical and electronics engineer. Previously developed vehicle diagnostic device firmware for a US company; that firmware runs on more than 7,000 production units. At Fung IoT he owns circuit and board design, firmware and communication.
Mechanical and production engineer
Mechanical design, enclosures and assembly, production readiness. He manages the step from prototype to series production and the field installation, so the device works in the factory, not just on the bench.
IPX tests measure how well a product is protected against water (IEC 60529). In IPX3 and IPX4 the product is exposed to rain and splashing water from an oscillating tube or spray nozzle; in IPX5 and IPX6 it is hit by water jets at different flow rates. The test device applies these conditions repeatably in terms of time, flow and motion.
Yes. One test rig or the automation of one machine is a full project for us.
Often, yes. We first look at the machine as it is and decide together which steps can be automated with sensors and a PLC.
We design a custom electronic board for your need, prepare it for production and write its firmware.
Connected devices that collect data in the field, send it on and bring it to your screen.
We link devices in the field across kilometres, with no SIM card, subscription or internet needed.
Message us on WhatsApp or use the form; we reply the same working day and set a time to talk. A rough sketch, a half-finished prototype or a problem on the production line nobody has solved yet: all good starting points.
